All About Us
Loveland’s Royal Cane Corso’s a small breeding program dedicated to bettering the breed with our small program focusing on temperament, conformation, & athleticism. We are located in central Kansas on a 20 acre horse farm where our dogs are our children, we socialize with other animals, people, small & large breed dogs to ensure our puppies go into their new homes with new environments not being an over stimulating experience for them. We are always here to help new puppy parents with words of encouragement and advice with their new family member. All of our breeding dogs have been through Pennhipp testing for their hips as well as Embark to test for genetic diseases. We are always learning and will add to our testing protocol things that we think are best to add to our program.
We are in the process of titling most of our dogs through AKC events. We have a couple puppies coming up into our program that we may try to show and one that may go into protective work! We are very excited to share experiences and updates on all of our dogs with everyone through our Facebook page Loveland’s Royal Cane Corso’s.
Our program
We began our Corso journey in 2019 with our first pup Duke - we quickly jumped into the breed & didn’t do our research enough and ended up with heart break finding out that Duke would not be of the breeding quality we strive to stand behind having hip dysplasia at an early age. We began to learn more about the breed and research more and sought out to find some mentors. We have found mentors that have became great friends that have helped educate us in our best ways to go about this and now we have a great system in place with dogs that have passed their health testing with flying colors and are working towards their titles through AKC events. All of our breeding dogs have passed health testing associated with the breed and structurally with flying colors. We will only continue this standard in our continuing prospects. We offer all of our puppies with a 24 month health guarantee.
Ready for your puppy?
Our baby animals are far more than a business to us - they’re family. We breed responsibly and pay special attention to minimizing the known hereditary diseases by having all our parent animals health tested by a certified vet, along with a huge list of protocol we follow, hand whelping each litter, raising in home, helping to ensure the pup will be the right fit in your home, etc.
Our puppies do range in pricing depending on the cross of parents, your plans with your future dog, etc. our puppies start at $2,500 USD and will go up dependent upon the above information - this includes ear cropping, age appropriate vaccinations, age appropriate deworming, and a $250 gift card upon completing your first obedience class with your puppy. We do only sell our dogs with limited AKC registration, however, if you are looking to build a breeding program we are happy to work together with you on a breeding quality puppy, however we do like to stay in a co-ownership to ensure our Kennel name and our Kennel standards & quality are obtained.
